In the French department of La Manche, the "Fédération Départementale des Associations Agréées pour la Pêche et la Protection du Milieu Aquatique de la Manche" (FDAAPPMA 50 - association under the law of 1901), is an entity operating under the Environmental Code, recognised as a public utility establishment.
