Cidrerie de la Brique SAINT-JOSEPH
Since 1953 the Cidrerie de la Brique has been producing PGI Norman Cider at the heart of Cotentin and in full respect of the artisanal tradition. The cider apples come from the most beautiful orchards in Cotentin, and with them, we can make 100% pure juice cider that is unpasteurised, with no added sugar, an authentic taste and fruity. Our production has been awarded at the “Concours Général Agricole” and is set up in Normandy, in France and in more than 20 countries around the world.
