Ile Tatihou is located on the east coast of Cotentin and is dominated by the massive silhouette of the Vauban tower, listed as UNESCO World Heritage. It is an island with many facets: an exceptional natural setting with a fort with three hundred years of history, a maritime museum and thematic gardens. Every summer, Tatihou hosts a musical festival: Festival des Traversées Tatihou-Musiques du Large. (Dogs are not permitted on the island).
