Hatainville Dunes Natuursites LES MOITIERS-D'ALLONNE
Between the Cap de Carteret and the Cap de Rozel, the stretch of dunes at Hatainville rises to more than 80 metres, covering the 70,000-year-old cliffs. From the sea, to the top of the dunes, the vegetation lies at different levels, creating a mosaic according to the tides. Many rare species inhabit the dunes in colours that vary with the seasons.
